MOSTON & MALENTE return to Splank! for their second single with the label and this one's a blinder. Crisp 4/4 electro beats with a booming kick and wide hand claps, killer vocal hook and mad synth action. Roadtests at the duo's gigs have seen crowds from Canada to Siberia go absolutely mental over "F*CKED UP"... check it out!
The original version of "F*CKED UP"  is also featured on Malente's huge new DJ-MIX/ Best Malente-Remixes 2 CD "WHOW" (Unique).

On the remix, big newcomers Stupid Fresh deliver a fidget house workout that should go down well with fans of Switch, Crookers or Hervé. Ramping up the synths in a ravey vibe, and adding a bass full of wobble, squelch and downright dirtiness, Stupid Fresh twist the track in all sorts of ways, peaking in a big bass hook pay-off towards the end. Tom Real & The Rogue Element have been producing together for nearly three years, signed as a duo to Functional Records and Ben Rogue to Exceptional, their singles such as ‘Feel My…’ and ‘Resistance 06 / He’s So Hot Right Now’ have drawn critical claim from all corners. Beginning 2007 by winning ‘Best Remix’ at Breakspoll for their remix of Noisia’s massive ‘Gutterpump’ (Passenger / Skint) as well as Ben Rogue’s win as ‘Best Producer’ at the same awards has seen both artists take 2007 by storm. Having remixed Functional Records 50th release ‘Shoe Monkey’ by Spoon Wizard and also ‘Trip Like Me’ for American breakers The Crystal Method, the duo have DJ’d all over the globe and leading festivals such as Glastonbury, Glade, Wildchild Outdoors and many more. ‘Machine’ is Tom & Rogue’s first single since winning their Breakspoll awards and with it’s stripped back, tech-meets-electro-breaks edge is simply like something you’ve never heard before.

To promote the new album we will be touring extensively from now until December. Hopefull we will be coming to a club near you !
